In day mode, the globe shows political boundaries, oceans, country names, capital cities and in night mode, the illuminated star map shows 88 constellations, turning the globe into an impressive room decoration. 

The Augmented Reality feature of Oregon Scientific Smart Globe Myth

The AR feature helps you select the feature you want to read on – like  animals, landmarks, dinosaurs, planets, world cuisine and many more. To get the AR working, you install the application in your device and when you are in the application, just hold your device over the globe steadily (little wobbling is highly acceptable) and AR feature kicks in with 3D pictures of the subject you are interested in. Kids will love it, and this is the new way of learning through fun.
