DreamWorks Home Movie and Toys – Review

Being a parent to young children you must have heard a lot about “Home” by now and must have it in your To-do list for Easter holidays. DreamWorks Animations has never failed to give a great family time with their wonderful animations including Shrek, How to train your Dragon, Kung Fu Panda, Madagascar and to add to it, Home is hitting the cinemas on March 20th, right in time for Easter.

If you haven’t heard of it yet, here is a little brief about Home for you!

When Earth is taken over by the overly confident Boov, an alien race in search of a new place to call home, all humans are promptly relocated while all Boov get busy reorganizing the planet. But when one resourceful girl, Tip, manages to avoid capture, she finds herself the accidental accomplice of a banished Boov named Oh. The two fugitives realize there’s a lot more at stake than intergalactic relations as they embark on the road trip of a lifetime

We can’t wait to watch “Home” but before that, we have received some lovely Home toys from Flair  to play with, before having fun at Cinema :). We were also sent some Pick & Mix, Popcorn and Cinema Vouchers.

The three main characters of Home are coming to your home as Plush toys along with the Captain Smek’s Shusher Wand .

The Dancing Plush “Oh” has never stopped singing and dancing from the day he came Home.  The Little Alien sings three songs and says four well known phrases from the movie. He spins and dances around to the music, waving his arms around.  He is one of the highest Price Home toy while the other being the little girl “Tip”

The Home Boov Mood Ears are the best as we have some silent moments now at home still expressing what mood the little one is in! 🙂 They are priced at 3.99 and available in 6 different colours and you can change the ears to 15 different shapes.

Captain Smek’s Shusher Wand is magical to reveal the Captain. Press the button to open the petals, activate sound and reveal Captain Smek who lights up! Includes 4 funny Captain Smek phrases and sounds from the film.

The Mood bubbles are 7cm tall figures and comes in their own gold pod. Open it up to find one of 18 different styles of Oh! There’s Silly Oh, Angry Oh, Frightened Oh and many more. They are priced around £2.49 each.
