It is been 5 years since I have given up the “physically present at the office” work.
Having spent less time with DD1 during her childhood days and often felt guilty about returning to work early, I have decided to be a SAHM while I was pregnant with DD2. I know, having two children would take more of my time as a mum and though I constantly admire people who continue working while managing their kids and family, I know I am not that kind anymore.
However, when I am asked the question “Do you have any plans to return to work when your little one starts full time school!?”, I just smile (friendly 🙂 ) and answer ” I am already working and I work from home”
With a fraction of freelancing software testing, I spend most of my time on my blog when I am not too busy around the family. And being away almost every weekend for DD1’s tournaments means, I tend to work a lot on my mobile devices and connect to the WiFi on the go.
Dell was one of the most popular computers and laptops I have used when I was working in telecommunication and internet sector. The mobile devices from Dell provides adequate security to help employers to work remotely still securely. The tablets, laptops and Cloud connect devices help for the for the future-ready safer workforce.
Having used Dell laptops for nearly 10 years of my career, I have always found them sturdy, compatible and (whenever needed) compact. There are options to choose for home and work and you can customise based on your requirement.
If I had to go back to work for some company, I would prefer to have flexibility and working from home options and I vote for Dell computers based on my experience with them. It gives you peace of mind that the data is secured.
So, what is your favourite mobile device? Do you work remotely and if so, which brand gets your vote for highest security and other user friendly features. I would love to hear your thoughts and it would lovely to read your comments.
I have used Thinkpad for quite long. Very sturdy and I was quite happy with it however, Thinkpad always seems to have problem with power cord – I have changed 3 but all of them seem to have the same problem – Breaks near where it is connected to the laptop AC point. 🙁
I am currently working on my first Dell lap top! I’ve had HP, Lenovo, and now a Dell. I love it so much. It was slightly out of my budget, but man I’ve never been happier with a computer!
