CiccioBello Sunny – Review

Finally, Sun is shining and spring is here and that means it is time to look after our skin while we still enjoy the sunshine. Though my kids love sunshine as all the other kids do, they hate sun screen lotion!

To help them understand what could happen to the skin if it exposed to a very hot weather, we were sent a brand new doll – Cicciobello sunny.

Cicciobello Sunny is just not another ordinary doll, he brings a message to the kids to explain them the effect of sun and how dangerous it is to the skin by changing his body colour when exposed to a hot weather.

Cicciobello Sunny comes with an UV bracelet and a UV pendant. While the pendant can be used on Cicciobello, the child can use the bracelet to see how hot it is outside.

There are 4 different colours in the Bracelet and the pendant – White and 3 different shades of purple from lighter to darker. There is a white circle at the middle that responds to the UV rays and changes it colour thus matching the color to the colours available in the outer circle.

The darker the matching shade, the severe the UV rays are and this is not just how Cicciobello teaches the dangerous effects of exposing the skin to the hot sun. He changes the colour of his skin whereever it is exposed to the sun.

You can see from the above picture that the sun is moderately hot and it is important to have sun screen lotion. This has really helped us to learn about protecting our skin while enjoying the sun and the kids have never said no for sun screen after Cicciobello sunny was here.
