Smile -> A small curve that can make many things straight
Who doesn’t love a beautiful smile!? Maintaining a healthy mouth and teeth can take a lot of dedicated oral hygiene routines and practices. These include regular brushing, flossing and using mouthwash to help keep your teeth and gums healthy. However, even when you maintain a good oral hygiene routine at home, gum disease or periodontal disease can sometimes creep up on you as you age without you realising it.
Gum disease, or periodontal disease, can be prevented with proper care and treatment by a qualified dentist and maintaining a good oral hygiene routine at home between dental visits. We visited Battersea recently and I had a very bad tooth pain that I had to make an emergency visit to the dentist. Luckily the hotel we stayed had a list of emergency contacts and I could visit Glow Dental in Battersea to get treated. They had qualified and experienced dentists and advanced equipments and could find a slot to fit me in.
During the visit, they spotted the early signs of gum disease and advised me how to look after my gum and teeth. . If left untreated, gum disease can lead on to gum pain and tooth sensitivity as the root of the tooth becomes exposed. Delaying treatment to remedy the problem can lead to tooth loss and cause other health related problems.
