Moshi Monsters Poppet Secret diary Review

Every little girl would love to have a diary and it is extra special if it could be a secret diary. DD1 always fancies to have her own personal diary and that would be the first one on her shopping list on every Christmas. She loves to write everything in her diary and secretly hide it somewhere, although I need to admit that after she finishes writing, she reads them out louder for me and never forgets to ask a question at the end of the reading “isn’t it lovely mamma!?”. Well, atleast for now we have the policy of “no secrets to Mum”

Being a Moshi fan, Few weeks before, it doubled up her happiness when she was given a chance to review “Moshi Monsters Poppet Secret diary” from Vivid Toys and Games. It comes in the traditional Girls colour – pink.

The Secret Diary includes

• 1 lockable secret diary with key.
• 1 Poppet paper pad.
• 1 pencil.
• 1 eraser.
• 1 sticker sheet.
• 10 sheets of Moshi paper

There is a changeable Mood wheel outside that helps the Mums to guess what’s going on if something looks strange. Just sneak in secretly to see the mood on the Diary and that should reveal you the SECRET behind a silence (may be) ! This mood wheel has 6 different options for you to choose from and I always hope to see you one mood, that is, ” Happy”

Inside the Secret Diary, you have a special place to keep your Picture and there is a lovely mirror so you can keep checking on your Make-up (Well, If mum lets you put some Make-up on). There is a Pencil holder slot and there is also a secured storage to keep your written secrets hidden. The Huge space on the right side holds all your Moshi papers so they don’t go missing.  Unfortunately, there are only 10 Moshi papers provided, So you might have to ask Mum to do more for you if you are running out of paper.

The Key is just pretty and perfectly designed for the little hands to hold. It is a beautifully carved Heart shaped Key and this would be something that might attract the little ones more. The Key opening technique is very simple that Mum’s wouldn’t be asked for help everytime. Of course, the Secret diary is designed for 5+ years, so should be doable for this age.

It is a great fun for the little ones to keep their secrets filed somewhere and lock it securely. But make sure you don’t lock your keys inside your diary :).  Enjoy your playtime by writing down your secrets – May be you can read them out to Mum and let her have fun!
