Last week, Thule presented their full product category Active with Kids at the children’s fair Kind und Jugend in Cologne, Germany. Award winning products like the Thule Glide stroller and the Thule Chariot multifunctional child carrier were shown alongside their latest product, the Thule Urban Glide.
Thule first introduced their new product category Active with Kids last year with a view to make it easier for you to live an active life with your kids. Products in this category include the bicycle trailer Thule Coaster, the child bike seat Thule Ride Along and the Thule Chariot multifunctional child carriers for running, biking, skiing and more.
At this year’s Kind und Jugend fair in Cologne, Germany, Thule presented the Thule Glide, the multifunctional sports stroller and winner of the 2014 OutDoor Show Award. The Thule Sapling, the new child backpack that lets you bring your most precious goods on hikes and treks, and The Thule RideAlong Mini, a front-mounted child bike seat that is safe and easy to use with a design and functionality that simplifies daily commuting as well as bike adventures for the whole family.
Alongside these existing products, Thule launched their latest product in the Active with Kids category, the Thule Urban Glide. This is is an all-around sports stroller with a sleek and lightweight design, making it perfect for urban life as well as for jogging. The Thule Urban Glide has the perfect combination of being lightweight, elegant and stable.
Thule Urban Glide is packed with nifty features such as adjustable ergonomic handlebars, foot brake, adjustable sun canopy with “view in” roof port, front wheel that can either swivel or lock out, rear suspension for a smooth and comfortable ride, padded seat and an almost horizontal sleeping position for napping. It also features one-handed folding for compact storing and transporting.
The Thule Urban Glide can be used for babies between 0-6 months as a stroller. The stroller is recommended for running or walking on rougher terrain when the child is older than 6 months (the child has to be able to hold its head up by itself). Weight goes up to 22 kg.
The stroller comes in three colours, in single or double versions and will be on the market later this Autumn.
