Review – Casdon Kitchen Set (Morphy Richards Microwave, Kettle and Toaster)

Christmas is the best time of the year. Not only it takes away the depressing mood but it brings a lot of smile and happiness with glowing lights and amazing gifts.

If you are regular reader to our blog, you might know that the little one is a ” ! Great ! ” helper in the kitchen.  So, receiving the Casdon kitchen set that has the Morphy Richards microwave, toaster and kettle was a great moment for her. 

As mentioned earlier, the set comes with a microwave, Kettle and Toaster. 

The Microwave is quite a good size for role play and has sounds and lights which is a great plus. It requires 3 AA Batteries which unfortunately is not supplied with the set so the microwave is just not ready to use straight out of the box. The microwave lights up when the start button is pressed and the plate rotates with the sound (just like a real world microwave) and after few rotations it stops with a “ping” sound. It also has a rotating dial to choose the operation and has Potato, Pizza, defrost and few other. 

The kettle is a traditional design and has a removable lid that makes it easier to refill. The toaster automatically pops the toasts out after few seconds. 

The set is designed in Red which keeps the kitchen trendy and bright 🙂 We have another set from Casdon and it goes well with this set so we enjoy  a fully equipped kitchen.
