” Vaseline or Lip Balm Tomorrow! “…
This is what was scribbled on a paper Miss S brought home one fine day. And have you ever see the lips of someone who was starving to death in a dessert without water! That’s how her lips looked that day…..not only because she had dry lips but also because she desperately wanted to take a lip balm to school the next day, So she managed her day without sipping water and licking those dry lips.
I don’t have a count of how many lip balms I have bought for her until today, but sadly, nothing is kept safe. Out of excitement she would use it for maximum of 3 days and it will be lying around lazily either at home or would be missed somewhere in the school playground.
However, there is one Lip balm that is going on for nearly a month now and proving to be a great survivor. You know why! It’s because it was made by her! Yes. We received a “Wild Science Lip Balm” from Interplay to try out. At first, I was a bit worried to try out a new product on Little Miss Ss’ Skin but then there were two things that let me be brave to say yes. First thing, the contents of the lip balm are natural ingredients and proved to be safe and the next thing obviously is Little Miss Ss’ Curiosity. And to add to it, It was half term break so something to keep the kids engaged.

The fact is, Miss S didn’t let me help with anything except for the Microwave part. I am very pleased with how responsible she is an how careful, she is in handling the situations.

The child can explore her level of excitement by experimenting with colours, flavours and fragrances to create her own luscious lip products. Here is my angel posing for the Camera with a little of the Lip Balm applied… Proud to have something made by her and of her own! :), A bit shy though.
With the price of just 12.99, Wild Science kits help girls to learn scientific ideas while having creative and productive fun. After all, it is homemade and as a mum you have no fear what goes in the Lip balm that you buy from the shops (though you can not avoid it all the times from not buying it at all). With the great fun to the kids and a peace of mind to the Mums, I feel the price for the kit is worth paid.
There are some great variations in the Science Lab including the Nail art and Perfume lab.We are definitely having them on our list to try next. For more information about the Science lab products, refer here http://www.interplayuk.com/
