They are back …. Clangers from a faraway planet

If you were a kid in the 1960s or 70s, then you might still be holding the memories of “Clangers”. Though they were on the screen only for a short period, they had a huge influence on the little children and Yes….. after nearly 30 years, they have finally made their re-entry. 

After they hit CBeebies recently, being one of the first few tasters of the new toy collections has put DD1 on full excitement and we were lucky to have a sneak peek on the latest toy range from Characters so we welcomed Major Clanger Plush toy and collectible figures of Major and Small Clanger.

The Super soft Clangers plush toy is priced at just £5.99 and would make a perfect gift for a Clangers fan. There are also Clangers Collectable Figures packs that are perfect and at just £4.99  make the perfect pocket money treat. There are lots to collect including: Major and Small, Mother and Tiny, the Soup Dragon or favourite Iron Chicken and you can also collect a whole crowd of Clangers at once with Family Pack of Five Figures at £9.99.

And, not to forget the exclusive character of Clangers, Tiny and  Small are available as “Squeeze and Whistle” Plush toys and priced at £9.99.

I think our little ones will fancy playing with Musical Starlight Tiny. It is not just a soft toy, as it plays comforting music and doubles as a bedtime accessory with gentle starlight that will reflect on bedroom surfaces and gently fades away. It is priced at £24.99

There is also a Home Planet Playset at £24.99 where the Clangers action takes place. Here children can make up their own Clangers stories! There are loads of features; – Lift up the dustbin lid and there’s a slide down to the Living Cave! Take a look through the movable telescope and a rest on the swinging hammock. Or, why not explore the bed caves, soup wells with pop up Baby Dragon, and Mother Clanger’s garden?
